The purpose of this notice is to help clients understand what kind of information we collect in connection with our business and how we process and use this information. All the personal data that we collect will only be shared and used by personnel within Meadowbank Clinic, we will not share client personal data with anyone or any organisation without the prior written consent of the client.

All personal data will be stored on paper and securely locked within the clinic.

Phone numbers and email addresses may be stored electronically but only used to communicate with the client personally, no other personal data will be stored electronically.
